WHY SERVING ROBOT?

Less time carrying. More time with guests

Servi Q takes on routine trips during busy service. Routes and operating plans are tailored to each venue, so your team can stay focused on guests.

Fewer trips for staff

Carry meals and drinks to tables and help bring used dishes back, reducing the back-and-forth for your team.

More support when it gets busy

Frequent trips between preparation areas and the dining floor are covered, even at the busiest times.

More attention for guests

Your team can welcome guests, answer questions, and give each dish a personal handoff while Servi Q keeps items moving.

FEATURES

Designed for the details of daily service

Practical design that keeps service moving, even when space is tight and the floor is busy.

Fits where space is tight

With a body approximately 35 cm wide, Servi Q needs a mininum passage width of just 45 cm - the smallest in the industry*. Routes are confirmed following a site assessment.

ServiQ_trays.png

Flexible tray options

Choose from one to three trays, with a total carrying capacity of up to 30 kgs. Adjust the height of the upper trays to suit the load.

260826_SBR_ServiQ_reverse.png

Industry-first* reverse driving

Where there is no room to turn, Servi Q can reverse along its route. Staff do not need to retrieve it simply because the aisle ends.

Easy to look after

The wheels and castors help prevent debris from building up, while a self-cleaning mode and dedicated mat make routine care simpler.

Keep drinks and dishes steady

High-performance suspension helps minimise tray vibration on the move. The open upper tray also has room for taller glasses and desserts.

Works alongside other robots

In passages at least 100 cm wide, two Servi Q robots can pass each other. They can also be assigned separate serving and clearing roles where needed.

USE CASES

Service shaped around your venue

From bustling restaurants to relaxed lounges, Servi Q takes care of routine trips, giving your team more time for guests.

CASE 01 - RESTAURANTS AND BISTROS

ServiQ_MODELCASE1_Codex .png

Ready for the busiest moments

When orders build up, Servi Q carries meals to tables and brings used dishes back to the collection point. Staff have more time to talk guests through the menu, take additional orders, and give each table their attention.

Routes between tables

A slim body helps Servi Q use narrow passages, while reverse driving lets it exit aisles where there is no room to turn.

Robots work together

Give separate robots serving and cleaning roles where it makes sense. Two Servi Q robots can pass each other in passages at least 100 cm wide.

Serving and clearing

Plan delivery and collection journeys around the kitchen and table layout.

Time with guests

Staff can handle the final handover and stay available for questions, recommendations, and requests.

CASE 02 - HOTEL BARS AND BISTROS

A steady partner for attentive service

Servi Q carries drinks and light meals between the bar and seating areas, leaving staff free to prepare drinks, serve at the table, and make personal recommendations.

Steadier drinks transport

High-performance suspension helps reduce tray vibration. The open upper tray accomodates taller glasses.

A welcoming presence

Expressive faces help Servi Q become a familiar part of the venue, alongside the team.

A fit for lounge layouts

Narrow routes and dead-end seating areas can be included in the operating plan, subject to a site assessment.

Menus and promotions

Use the displays to showcase drinks, menu highlights, and promotions as Servi Q moves through the space.
