Making FAQs

Users can add frequently asked questions to Pepper, freeing up fellow staff member time for more complicated tasks. Include an image or display the answer text on Pepper's tablet.

Create Questions and Answers

1. Click Add a FAQ in the desired group.
2. Enter in a question.
3. Enter an answer to the question.
4. Select Default or Image.
   
1. If you choose Image, click Select.
2. Follow the instructions for asset selection.
3. Otherwise, Default will display your answer text.

1. Choose the FAQ group this will be apart of.
2. Click Done.

Edit and Delete FAQs

1. To edit or delete a question and answer, click the three dot icon at the top right hand cover of the question box.
2. Select Edit or Delete in the drop down menu.
   
1. Edit will take you to the screen where you created the question and information can be edited from there.
2. Delete will prompt a pop up window to appear to confirm. Click Delete again to complete.
