These instructions can be used to create and delete groups on ever sub-tab page, excluding Contacts.

The Content tab allows you to establish information delivered when customers interact with Pepper. Define deals, service locations, FAQs, and more by moving through the sub-tabs on the left side. Catalog the content into groups to be used when creating jobs.  

Create a Group

Groups function as a way to separate content you intend to use at different locations, times, etc. Groups are then chosen when assigning content to jobs. Here you can learn about creating a new group.

  1. Select your sub-tab (FAQ, Deals, etc).
  2. Click +Add New Group near the top right of the page.
  3. Click Untitled Group to name your new group. You can now add content to your new group by following the instructions on that sub-tab's page.

Delete a Group

  1. Click on the three dot icon to the right of your group name.
  2. Click Delete
  3. In the confirmation pop up window, click Delete again to complete.
