Contacts
Once all the programmed knowledge has been used, Pepper can quickly contact on site staff to further help customers.
Pepper takes over answering generalized questions, which leaves staff free to take on the more specific inquiries from customers. Include a name, phone number and/or email to someone on site or a customer help desk.
Add Contacts
- Click +Add Contact.
- In the pop up window, add the individuals name or department title.
- Add in a phone number and/or an email. Only one needs to be included.
- Click Done to create your new contact.
Edit and Delete Contacts
- To edit a contact, click on their name. This will take you to the creation screen.
- To delete a contact, click on the trash can to the far right of their name. Confirm deletion by clicking Delete.
