Have a question or a bug that needs reporting? Visit the service desk at https://softbankroboticsamerica.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/10/group/-1. Here you can request new features, report pesky bugs, request existing feature improvements, or ask a question.

Using Service Desk

Use Service Desk for any questions, feature requests, bug reporting, or access to Whiz Connect. Try the instructions below to submit tickets from Service Desk. If you are having issues, follow the Email instructions.

 

Service Desk Link

  1. Use the link above to access Service Desk.
  2. Click either the General or Need Classification box depending on your needs.

    • From general, choose Ask a Question, Report a Bug, Suggest an Improvement, or Suggest a New Feature depending on your needs.
    • From Need Classification, click Emailed Request.
  3. Be as detailed as you can be with your request.
  4. From Service Desk, you can check the status of your request in the right hand corner of the screen from the Requests button.

 

Emailing Service Desk

If you cannot access Service Desk through the link, use the email address listed above. This will create a ticket in Service Desk with your request.
