Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, front line staff played a crucial role in keeping communities safe and healthy. This includes healthcare workers, essential workers, and cleaning professionals.

Ultimately, achieving social equality in the cleaning sector requires a concerted effort from employers, workers, and society as a whole to value and respect the contributions of cleaning professionals and to provide them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
